Panasonic introduces new platform for SMEs
Panasonic will use a forthcoming Europe wide dealer roadshow and a distributor event in Dubrovnik to launch its new KX-NS700 communication platform.
Aimed at small to medium-sized businesses looking to reduce their operational and capital costs, the smart hybrid PBX system manages up to 288 extensions, when fitted with an expansion unit.
The KX-NS700 features built in applications including a call centre solution, mobile solution and voicemail.
Panasonic European Product Manager Carlos Osuna, said, “The KX-NS700 is a cost-effective legacy and IP communication system for companies with up to 250 users in a single site. It can be flexibly configured and expanded, making it the ideal alternative to cloud-based solutions."
“The system has sufficient capacity for legacy and IP ports, and an activation key or expansion cabinet that can be used to expand the system whenever required. It can even connect to the Panasonic KX-NS1000 system to create a small, medium and enterprise solution.”
The PBX features a built in DISA to transfer calls without an operator. It can also support the needs of supervisors in call centres, by providing queue announcements, live status monitoring, activity reports and automatic conversation recording.
The system possesses IP features, such as mobile linking, integrated voicemail and e-mail, instant messaging (chat), and presence information.
The KX-NS700 will be officially launched at a Panasonic Distributor Meeting in Dubrovnik on Thursday 18th September and subsequently showcased at a European Communication Roadshow running from the end of September until November, visiting 25 European cities and attended by more than 1000 dealers.
