PANASONIC UNVEILS NEW TIME SAVING SCANNER

Panasonic has announced the launch of a new feature packed addition to the high-speed, multi-document scanner market.

The KV-S2087 A4 colour scanner has been designed to deliver the extended functionality and competitive price increasingly vital in the finance, legal, healthcare and hospitality industries.

Available from October 2015, the KV-S2087 is a successor to the popular KV-S2028 and KV-S2048 series.

An addition to the medium-to-large-sized business scanner market, the KV-S2087 features new time-saving capabilities including scanning speeds of up to 85ppm/170 IPM in duplex.

Minoru Ando, Panasonic Category Manager for Communication Solutions, explains, “We know that for today’s key industries, time is becoming increasingly poor while the need to deliver exceptional quality remains as strong as ever. That’s why we’ve designed the KV-S2087 to deliver fast but consistently faultless results.”

The KV-S2087 has one touch scanning of up to 200 documents in ADF, passport, card and long paper scanning. In addition, the scanner also has remote control software for online status checks, auto rescan, auto preview features and extended roller life of 350,000 sheets.
